Everyday's a brand new day

The blog is mainly for my travel diary and diet record, but sometimes for sharing some daily findings :).

It's been 3 weeks on diet. Achievement so far...

So, I started new daily routine of waking up earlier and having breakfast.
As a start, let's not have extremely high ambition to cook something fabulous...
For instance, Kerogg serial and yorgurt, mix vegetables, corn soup, croissant, strawberries and a cup of coffee.
According to the information on packages, some Google search and an iPhone app, the total calory for this breakfast is about 564kcal.
I did similar calory calculation for lunch and dinner, including coffee and snack during the day.  The grand total was about 1,721kcal.
Again according to Google, average total calory intake for female adults per day is around 1800 to 2000kcal, so that this result doesn't look so bad.


When it comes to the achievement so far, I've lost 1.5kg in the last 3 weeks.
Not bad.
