Everyday's a brand new day

The blog is mainly for my travel diary and diet record, but sometimes for sharing some daily findings :).
All articles will be fully in English, in order for me to improve my writing skill.

New year's resolution

It's been 2 weeks since 2017 started.
This year's new year's resolution for me is to lose 5kg!
Especially after I put on a lot of weight during new year holidays...
In order to achieve the target, I started;


1. Feelcycle!
2. More breakfast, less dinner
3. Less alcohol


Feelcycle: 

I've been trying to take lessons at least 3 times a week.
So far, I go mainly on weekends and after work, but I'm interested in taking lessons in the morning before I go to office.  According to some articles, it's more efficient to have exercise in the morning than in the evening.


More breakfast, less dinner:

Being a lazy girl, I used to get up as late as possible to sleep little more...
But I decided to wake up 1 hour earlier to have good breakfast.
I'll try to put some pictures on coming articles.


Less alcohol:

I can tell you that I LOVE drinking beer.
But it's the truth that's universally aknowledged that beer has quite high calory...

So I'm trying to decrease the amount of alcohol I take, which is going OK so far.


2 more importatnt things I've done so far are to write down what I eat everyday and to buy a body composition scale!  Writing down the meal helps me see how much required nutrition I take per day.  And it's also well known that it's important to know the current weight and also to see the progress.
